3) Production begins in 2-3 business days if not requesting proofs - if requesting proofs ( they will be sent to view in 2-5 business days time typically) During peak season, etc - this time increases.
4) Once proofs are approved - production (2-5 days) begins.
5) Ship to you with tracking number

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
Ship approximately 1-5 business days after the proof has been finalized.
Up to 30 days for international shipping due to customs delays.

Final formatted versions are sent to you within 24 hours once approved

Custom & personalized orders are NOT eligible for refund or exchange, due to the nature of our work.

To cancel an order PRIOR to proofs being sent we can do so in full.

If you have received proofs but wish to cancel - there will be only an partial refund given, this is to cover the time & effort put into your proofs for your viewing ie a digital print charge, which is $50.

Our intention is to always provided the best product & best service but like all things, nothing is fool proof of mistakes or errors, & we happily fix such issues.

WHAT CAN BE USED FOR A RINDLE WAVES SOUND ART PRINT?
A personal audio message, voice mail, heartbeat, sonogram, giggle, etc. If it a sound, it can be used!

LENGH - We recommend a few seconds to 10 minutes for best results.

RECORDING PERSONAL AUDIO - You can easily record a special message on your phone using a voice recorder app or the camera option on your phone and then send as an attachment to order@rindlewaves.com with your order.

If you only have a PHOTO of a sonogram heartbeat etc - this too can be used. Email it to order@rindlewaves.com with your order!

We do refrain from making pieces with explicit language, derogatory remarks, enciting hate, etc. Thank you for understanding.

During these times - production timelines can increase a bit due to increased influx of orders.

We always try to keep our info and banners up go date with ordering deadlines and timelines.

All major couriers that we use - USPS, FEDEX AND UPS - are experiencing a huge surge of shipments this 2020 holiday season.

Thus, delays are occurring, scans are being missed and slower than typical shipments are occuring. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. We appreciate your kind understanding during this unfortunate timing, which is out of our control.

Once our packages leave us, we are at the mercy of the courier to do their part timely and efficiently and Rindle Waves has no responsibility in arrival delays caused.

Our assigned order deadlines for Christmas arrival were
-December 4th with standard shipping
-December 7th with expedite shipping

Anything ordered after these dates is subject to late arrival.
