Yes. If you would like your order mailed directly to the recipient, please make sure that their address and not yours, is on the order.

Yes. Gift messaging is available on all of my listings, meaning that if you mark your order as a gift, you will get the option to write a gift message. Please check spelling as I am unable to change your message before printing the slip. No price details will be included in the package. There is no extra charge for gift messaging.

Photographs can be misleading and although I try to take clear, representative shots, it can sometimes be difficult to envisage an item in the flesh. With that in mind, I always write a clear description, including all measurements. Please be sure to read the whole description, check the measurements carefully and use the zoom feature to look at the pictures before purchasing to avoid disappointment. All measurements are approximate and colours may not be a true likeness, depending on lighting and your computer or phone monitor.

Due to many issues with deliveries, I am currently not shipping internationally.

Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for shipping delays or errors, as long as the seller can prove that they shipped the item on time to the address on the Etsy receipt.

If you selected a tracked service, you will be able to check your parcels progress online. I always retain proof of posting but I would strongly advise using a tracked service if you are an international customer. Any issues with delivery will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I will always thoroughly investigate delayed/lost parcels and if necessary, will file a claim with Royal Mail. They will carry out there own investigation and should an item be deemed lost by them, a refund will be issued.

Orders can sometimes be delayed for many reasons including holidays, weather conditions, customs, strike action etc...so please be patient.

If you selected standard shipping there will be no way to track the parcel. If you selected a tracked service, your orders can be checked online. If you were out when delivery was attempted, you should have been left a card with details about how to collect your parcel or have it redelivered. It's also a good idea to check if it's been left with a neighbour.

When is your item considered lost?

1st Class (incl Signed For) - 12 working days.

2nd Class (incl Signed For) - 13 working days.

If unsuccessful delivery attempts are made and your package is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the order, minus the postage cost. Similarly, if an order is returned to me without prior notice, the same will apply.

Should you receive an order and change your mind, please message me within 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange returning your purchase. You will then have a further 14 days to return your item to me. You will be required to pay the return postage costs and to retain proof of postage. The item should be returned unused in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If it is not, I will deduct the loss in value from your refund. Once I have received the package and have inspected the contents, I will process your refund within 14 days.
