All my products are made with super soft yarn; you can hand wash them in warm water being careful that they don't discolor and then just wait until they dry.

Usually I send my plushes and keychains inside a trasparent cloth bag with a handwritten note and a business card; if you prefer a gift box you can select it and talk with me: a great number of bags are waiting for you!

My standard worldwide shipping is totally free and it has a delivery tracking number. If you prefer another shipping method you can select for:
Full traced sghipping (8,93$) with a tracking number
Express shipping (47,63$), full tracend and takes 2-3 days.

Usually standard and traced shippings take about 15 days to reach USA, 10 days to reach Europe and 20 days to reach Australia.
If you havent't received your sweetie in 30 days, please contact me and I will get some informations at the post office; if the package is totally lost it will be my priority to refund you or remake you plush with all my apologies.
