Lost Package
***Every order I ship out includes tracking information [unless you did not pay shipping, please see below for free shipping policies]. I send out packages once a week and are dropped off at a physical USPS office.
Once I have dropped it off it is no longer in my care. I will not be contacting the USPS on your behalf. Because every order is provided a tracking number, you can submit a lost package inquiry here:

Damaged Packaged
*** If your package arrives damaged and the items inside are ruined and unusable, please send me a photograph via DM and we can discuss how to proceed from there.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I do not mark packages as gifts.

If you need your package sent sooner please use the priority shipping option
AND contact me directly via DM. Otherwise, it will be taken to the post office once a week in a big batch with the rest of the orders.

From the USPS website : "Standard mail can take anywhere from 1 to 27 days to be delivered sometimes even longer, but typically we see 3-15 days ."

**I ship out from Houston Texas which is the 4th largest city in the USA, It's a lot of mail for our postal workers to sort through. Unless you have asked/paid for PRIORITY shipping, your package will usually take more than 2-3 days to arrive in the US. International packages seem to arrive in about 2 weeks+.

**FREE SHIPPING listings are sent as letter mail because they are flat small items. ETSY's tracking system will put in a 'label' number where tracking would usually go to compensate for the lack of it. That 'label' number is not a tracking number, all USPS tracking numbers begin with #9.
