Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked48 is the courier we use, this is estimated to arrive within 2 days of dispatch. If strikes or unforeseen circumstances occur, your parcel will be sent via a different courier.

Please make sure that the sender address is correct as it is not our responsibility to chase this up, we cannot change the address once the order has been places

Bath and Body Products: Please store all products in a cool dry space for up to 12 months, for best results use within 6 months.

Please note do not interact with any bath bombs while fizzing in the water as this could lead to temporary staining of the hands (which will wash off, in a few washes).

Nail Polish: Once opened use within 12 months, store away from direct sunlight. These items are flammable.

We do not accept cancellations, due to the nature of the products we try to work on a same day/next day dispatch where possible; we may not see you message before your order goes out.

If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of three days to contact us about any issues and then a period of fourteen days to return the product(s) back. Products need to arrive unused and unopened for us to arrange alternatives for you.

If you are returning your order please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods. Postage costs are not refunded.

If your items have arrived damaged then you need to provide evidence.
You have a period of 3 days to contact us.

You then need to return these within 14 days, once returned we then can arrange an exchange or a full refund, any additional postage costs will be covered for this within reason (provided that you have used a standard postage service with no special delivery or signed for options)
