You can have these posters printed at Office Supply Stores (Staples, Office Max), FedEx, Kinkos or photo labs (Shutterfly, CVS, Walgreens or Sam's Club)

If you are printing a large black and white poster (36"x48" size) I highly recommend printing it as a black and white engineer print at Staples. It cost under $10 and makes a huge impact for any party.
