All of our items are made-to-order, usually from rustic and wild materials. Expect your piece to be similar, but not exactly like the photos shown. We do our best to capture typical examples, but your piece may or may not feature knots, dark heartwood or small drying cracks as shown in photos.

We will ship most of our smaller items internationally, but please be aware of your country's customs laws as they apply to the import of wood bark and lichen. In some cases, you may be subject to sterilization fees for customs clearance. We cannot be held responsible for these or any additional customs fees that your order may incur.

Please understand that most of our items are crafted upon purchase from fresh, green wood. It takes time to carefully build and dry your item, so expect to wait up to two weeks before shipment.

We welcome and consider all custom order requests! We'll chat with you and work out the details of your ideas/needs in order to get you a quote as soon as possible.

We coat our outdoor products with several applications of a high-quality, environmentally-friendly penetrating urethane. However, no wood item will last forever if exposed to the weather without periodic maintenance. You may need to recoat your item with a quality spar urethane every few years or as needed, depending on the conditions that your product is exposed to. We offer no 'guarantee' against fading or degradation.
