If needing an item for a certain date then I recommend ordering 4 weeks before you need the order as sometimes shipping is slow and it is unpredictable when this will occur.If ordering for Christmas then ordering by the 28th of November is advised.

Spoons are thick good quality stainless steel. Dishwater safe. They are designed to be used everyday.

Words go on the handle of spoons. The starting point of a phrase starts at the tip of the cutlery piece and travels toward the bowl ( eating part) of the spoon.
Unless requested otherwise the spoons come standard this way.

If you would like your phrase to travel the other way
( the thinner end of the handle toward the thicker end) sometimes this can be arranged. It usually depends on what is being placed on the spoon.Some letters/ symbols/ numbers do not fit at the thinner end of the handle. Please do contact me before purchase if you have questions about this.

Hand Stamping leaves a small scuff mark on the opposite side. For aesthetic reasons words cannot go on both sides of the handle.

I hand-stamp with a hammer with individual letter tools.
It leaves an impression on the back ( small dent for each letter) and on the back again a slight scuff at the end the handle.(2-4 little lines across). This is unavoidable and is part of the process.
As this is on the back it it not noticeable on the front.If you are after a perfect product do not buy a hand stamped item.If you would like a picture of what the back looks like send me a message before purchase and I will send a photo to you

To hand stamp on a curved surface special tools that are expensive are required. Also more skill and time is needed for letter placement.

If I have already paid for postage, you will have to redirect the item yourself.I pay for postage when I print out your order sheet. Depending on when the time the order comes in as to how quick the postage is paid after your order comes through.

If you have already received a tracking number you can go directly to auspost.com to redirect. You will need to create a mypost account .Redirection is free and available on orders when orders are classed as in transit.

If you do not have a tracking number message me. If I have already paid I will send you the tracking number. Note that there can be a few days from when I pay postage to when I send the dispatch notice. If you have not received tracking it does not mean I have paid for it yet.
