Royal Icing for each biscuit contains: Icing Sugar, Meringue Powder - WHEAT starch, dried EGG albumen, Modified starch, Acidity regulators: Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of tarter and Lactic Acid, Dextrose stabiliser - Guar Gum, Vanilla Extract - propylene glycol E1520 and Food Colours.
Fondant: Sugar, Dextrose, Glucose Syrup, Potato Starch, Dextrin, Cocoa Butter, Maize Starch, thickener E466 May contain egg, peanuts,soy beans, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio nuts, milk.

These yummy biscuits have a best before date of 3 weeks. Please keep out of direct sunlight and do not store in the fridge.

Although there are no actual nuts or seeds in the biscuits, some of the food colourings used may contain traces of nuts. Also they are made in kitchens which handle nuts and seeds. Please check the individual ingredients.

Each order will require 3-5 days to bake, decorate and post. If you require a specific date please check availability before placing your order. Seasonal gift options such as Christmas, will have a set despatch date, see listings.

Most of the packaging used is made from recycled Kraft material. Personal messages can be added to each gift box.

Each gift box is packed extremely carefully to ensure that the biscuits arrive in perfect condition. However, I cannot be held responsible for any breakages due the handling of Royal Mail. If you are concerned please contact me before placing your order. Each item can be tracked for confirmation of delivery. If an item does arrived damaged I will require photographic evidence in order to make a claim and process a refund.

The biscuits vary in size from 3-4 inches with the addition of smaller biscuits in the set. If you require more specific details please contact me.

If you need to cancel your order, I require a 2 week notice period. Cancellations that are less than 2 weeks prior to the estimated despatch date will be non refundable.
If you require to postpone your order, I am more then happy to accommodate a new date subject to availability. All cancelled orders with be charged an additional fee of £2.50 for payment processing.
